Interaction and Confidence Measures Conference in Asia (or CICA with its acronym in English) is an intergovernmental forum to improve cooperation to promote peace, security and stability in Asia. It is an international organization based on the recognition that there is a close relationship between peace, security and stability in Asia and in the rest of the world.

The idea of ​​convening the CICA was first proposed by the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, on October 5, 1992 at the 47th Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations.

The last CICA summit was held in Shanghai, between May 20 and 21, 2014, with the presence of dignitaries from 47 countries, and China received the presidency of CICA from Turkey for the period 2014-16. the adhesion of Bangladesh and Qatar, formerly observers, on May 20, 2014, during the IVth Summit, CICA members have reached 26 countries.
