In Aragon, Court commis- sioner is the person who was ordered to deliver the seized assets in the sentence of lite-pending, so that he had them and perceived their fruits, with the right that he had deduced in his imposition or demand, prior the provision of foreign bail bonds.

The sentence of lite-pending stated who should be owned during the lawsuit and this litigant was called a court commissioner, because he possessed by commission of the court and subject to respond in open court to complaints addressed to him. Since his possession was precarious and by means of consolidation, he did not take advantage of the prescription.
