Jean-Pierre Revoil (1958) is a contemporary French composer, music educator, conductor and flute player.
LifecycleRevoil studied flute, chamber music and orchestral director at the Conservatoire national à rayonnement régional «Pierre Barbizet» in Marseille. His teachers included Jean-Pierre Rampal and Alain Marion for flute and Jeanine Rueff. He became chief conductor of the Musique du Commandement Military de l'Ile de France and also lecturer at the Conservatory Military de Musique de l'Armée de Terre. Later he became conductor of the Musique de l'Air de Paris.
