Paul Vunak


Paul Vunak (Pittsburgh, October 1960 - in activity) is a martial artist, famous for being the creator of the PFS (Progressive Fighting System) combat method.

At age 7, he begins to get interested in martial arts. At age 10 he trained hard in taekwondo, receiving the black belt at age 14. In the following years, many styles of Kung Fu and Kali Escrima were trained in many disciplines, including kenpo, to Jeet Kune Do (JKD), under the guidance of the most famous student of si-gungBruce Lee, Dan Inosanto. In 1988 he received Senior Full Instructor degree from si-fu Inosanto, and began teaching his own interpretation of JKD art under the name of PFS.
