The Yerba Buena Center for the Arts or in English known as the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (YBCA) is a theater and center of contemporary art in San Francisco, California, United States. Located in Yerba Buena Gardens, the YBCA has visual art presentations, films and videos that celebrate local, national and international artists that arrive in the San Francisco Bay Area. The building of the YBCA art gallery was designed by the Japanese architect Fumihiko Maki and the theater by the American architect James Stewart Polshek.
The center is often used for presentations of Apple Inc's new products.
