Huskvarna (old spelling Husqvarna) is the eastern part of the city of Jönköping, the main town of the municipality of the same name, in southern Sweden. It has a population of around 21,500 inhabitants.

The town is located on the shores of Lake Vättern, at a distance of 5 km east of the center of Jönköping.

Its history dates back to 1689, when King Charles XI of Sweden ordered the construction of a musket factory on the banks of the Huskvarna River, which currently manufactures engines and devices such as chainsaws, brushcutters, tractors, lawnmowers, or motorcycles (as such). quality, which have won countless awards), called Husqvarna or Huskvarna.

The IFF (International Floorball Federation) was founded in Huskvarna in 1986.
