La Troncal 15 is a national or first-class road in Venezuela, which connects Guárico state with the states of Anzoátegui, Monagas and Delta Amacuro in a west-southeast direction. It starts from Valle de la Pascua in Guárico State, crosses the state of Anzoátegui and Monagas and culminates in the state of Delta Amacuro. Between the localities that it communicates are Valley of the Easter, the Socorro, Santa Maria de Ipire, Pariaguán, the Tiger, San Jose de Guanipa, San Tomé, Temblador and Tucupita.
