Marcus Olgers


Marcus Olgers (1974) is a Dutch pianist and composer, active in the pop, the jazz and the theater world. He studied at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. As a music singer, he worked with artists like Mathilde Santing, Do, Loïs lane, Edsilia Rombley, 3JS and the Metropole Orchestra. He produced the albums Green and Dreams & amp; Schemes & amp; Parades of Sarah Fairfield and music for television and movies. He was a guest lecturer at the conservatories of Enschede, Rotterdam, Alkmaar and Groningen.

In 2007, his album Hiding in the hinterland, a cinematic hybrid of jazz, classical and electronic music, appeared.
