The Regional Fiambre Casero Festival takes place every year in November in the town of Agustín Roca, Partido de Junín, and is organized by a Commission composed of local residents. This is a gastronomic celebration.
Generally, the traditional dinner of the party, takes place in the facilities of the Sport Club Origone of Agustín Roca. What distinguishes this party from others is precisely the gastronomy. During the dinner they serve all the slawings that the rural producers of the locality produce of artisan way and that after the party begin to commercialize. The specialties are lomito, ham, salami and pâté.
