Georg Christoph Bach (1642 - 1697) was a German composer and poet.

Son of Christoph Bach, was born in Erfurt. He lived in Arnstadt, where he was a professor at Heinrichs in 1661 and later a cantor in the church of St. Bartholomew in Themar with teaching assignments in the Schola Themarensis in 1668, and in Schweinfurt (Bavaria) in 1684. He died in this last city.
