Carlos Hernández Lázaro


Carlos Hernández Lázaro (Carcagente, 1879 - Valencia, 1936) was a lawyer, businessman and politician from the Valencian Community, Spain. In the private sector, he was a member of the Board of Directors of Banco de Valencia, president of the National Union of Agri-Exporters and founded the first company to industrialize orange juice. In the political field, militant in the Conservative Party, of which it was leader in Valencia from 1915 and with which was chosen provincial deputy in 1907 by Chelva-Villar, and by the electoral district of Chiva in the elections of 1914, by the one of Sagunto in 1919, and Enguera in 1920 and 1923. In 1921 he was appointed Director General of Prisons and was senator for Valencia between 1918 and 1919.
