Adana is a town and council of the municipality of San Millán in the Province of Álava, Basque Country (Spain).
The village of Adana is located 2km south of the village of Acilu and 2km east of Gauna (both towns belonging to the Iruraiz-Gauna town hall). To the east limits with the towns of Guereñu (3km) and Chinchetru (3,7km). It is located on the banks of the Santa Isabel stream, at 618 m. of height. To the south of the village there is an area populated with oaks and beeches.
This population borders the populations of Acilu (where surauraiz-Gauna)
According to the INE in 2015 it had a population of 51 inhabitants.
