Francisco de la Cueva Sandoval y Guzmán (Lima, 1626 -?) was a military officer, colonial official and creole nobleman in the Viceroyalty of Peru. He was granted the marquisate of Saint Lucia de Conchán.

His parents were Captain Juan de la Cueva Enríquez, of the House of Alburquerque, and Maria Magdalena de Sandoval Guzman and Rodríguez de Figueroa. Early in the vestment of the knight of the Order of Calatrava (October 18, 1636), the ceremony brought together "all the knights and ladies of this court" in the church of Our Lady of Monserrate. / p>

He was field master of the third of Lima; and elected ordinary mayor of Lima on two occasions (1652-1653 and 1673). He inherited the lordship of the Canaleja, annexed to the mayorazgo founded by his grandfather in Jerez de la Frontera; and was distinguished with the title of Marquess of Santa Lucia de Conchán (12 of June of 1683).

From his marriage to the Lady Leonor de Cárdenas Mendoza and the Ríos Berriz (ca. 1622-1658), daughter of the encomendero of Checras Manuel de Cárdenas Mendoza and Vera Rodríguez, had as only son:
