Hélène Cajolet-Laganière, born March 19, 1948 in Trois-Rivières, is a linguist and teacher from Quebec who settled in Sherbrooke in the 1970s.

She is known for defending a standard of Quebec French. She is co-director of the Franqus project, with Pierre Martel.

She earned a Master's degree in Humanities from McGill University and a PhD in Linguistics from Université de Sherbrooke.
