The Meifoor is an annual fair in the Belgian city of Bruges. The fairgrounds, the largest in the city, counts 90 attractions. The event always lasts a month and ends the weekend after Ascension. The opening will take place on the 3rd Friday after Easter, according to the tradition, each with a cool children's test and a big fireworks. At Ascension, prices are lower.

The fairground extends across the whole of 't Zand, part of the King Albert Park, the Hauwerstraat, the Beursplein and a part of the Simon Stevin Square. Until the 20th century, the Meifoor took place on the Market.

The Meifoor dates back to 1200, when Bruges based on an award awarded to the city by Boudewijn IX, could hold the first international annual market.

As Easter usually falls in April and the fair is so often in May, the name refers to this month. Sometimes, however, most of the most fairy tales fall in April.
