Sweep tapping

Sweep tapping is the electric guitar technique that fuses two basic techniques, sweep picking and tapping, and involves using both hands to play an arpeggio quickly. In the case of a right-handed guitarist, the left hand forms the arpeggio while the right hand, instead of using the pick, uses the tapping technique, to create a more melodic sound since the amount of notes that sound is greater than in the technique of economy of plecto (plectrum) or more known as sweep picking or sweep. Use the pua between the middle finger and the thumb, while the index finger taps and the arpeggio with the pua, alternating finger and pua in a sequence to own taste.
