Jeff Tracy is a fictional character from the Supermarionation television show, the Thunderbirds of Gerry Anderson and his later films Thunderbirds Are GO and Thunderbird 6. The character also appears in the live-action film Thunderbirds.
In the 1960's original television series, Jeff was played by Peter Dyneley. In the 2004 film, he was played by Bill Paxton. Biography
He is the initiator and financier of Rescate Internacional, Jeff is the father of five children; Scott, Virgil, Alan, Gordon and John. His wife died (it is believed that he had to do with complications in the delivery of his youngest son, Alan). An exastronaut, he was one of the first men on the Moon when humans came to colonize it.
He is the patriarch of the Tracy family, he spends much of his time on Tracy Island, located somewhere in the Pacific Ocean, where he coordinates rescue missions.
