The young Kaoru has not heard from Tsuyoshi, her brother and the only family she has left for a week, so she goes to her apartment and finds a letter from Izumi, a former schoolmate. In it, Izumi asks Tsuyoshi to go and see her and help her get rid of her nightmares. Kaoru will undertake a trip to Kozukata, the town that leaves in the sender of the letter.
