The Ytororó stream is a short-distance water channel of the Central Department of the Republic of Paraguay that originates in the plains of Ybytypanemá and flows into the Paraguay River (to the west of the department) in front of Itororó Island, between jurisdictions of the municipalities of San Antonio (Paraguay) and Ypané.
This stream is of great historical value for the Paraguayans because in the Ytororó company of the jurisdiction of Ypané, on December 6, 1868, the Battle of Ytororó took place during the War of the Triple Alliance, part of the campaign of Pykysyry.
