Lo my

Lo my.

Lo mein (Chinese simplified: 捞面; Traditional Chinese: 撈麵 / 撈麪; pinyin: lāo miàn) is a Chinese dish based on the stir-fried technique of flour noodles. It often contains vegetables and some servings of meat or seafood, usually beef, chicken, pork, or prawns. Lo mein is a soft noodle dish that is part of the chow mein (a bowl of crispy noodles). The 'lo mein' is very similar to the Japanese version of stir-fried noodles, known as: yakisoba. Many instant noodles come from Japanese yakisoba and mate with lo mein. Variants

In American Chinese restaurants, lo mein is popular as a take-out meal. Lo Mein noodles are seasoned with brown sauce, carrots, cabbage, onions, and prawns, roast pork, veal, or chicken.
