Luján de Cuyo (wine)


Luján de Cuyo is an Argentinian controlled appellation of origin (DOC) for wines made from Malbec based on the same production area of ​​the province of Mendoza. This is the first DOC wine in Argentina.

The production area of ​​covered wines includes the districts of Ciudad, Mayor Drummond, Vistalba, Las Compuertas, Carrodilla, La Puntilla, Chacras de Coria, Perdriel and Agrelo, located on land between 800 and 1000 meters above sea level , in the department Luján de Cuyo.
