Néofilms

In 1927, Pierre Braunberger, film producer and distributor, created the Pierre Braunberger Productions under the name of Néofilms or Néo-Films (see: Néofilms inc.) with which he produced his first French-speaking film, La route est belle, de Robert Florey.

A year later, he partners with Roger Richebé to produce under the name of Braunberger-Richebé Establishments. It will be The White and the Black, Robert Florey (first film of Raimu and Fernandel), On Purge Baby and The Bitch, Jean Renoir, Chocolatiere and Fanny, Marc Allégret ...

In 1933, he broke away from Roger Richebé and took over the studios of Billancourt, which became Paris-Studio-Cinema, and decided to continue alone. Pierre Braunberger at this time was only twenty-eight years old. edit code
