NOVO-program


The NOVO program is a dietary advice based on blood research that originates in England. The NOVO program was born in 2003 from the Weight Management Program developed by Ian Stokes in early 2002.

The NOVO program assumes that certain foods show an inflammatory reaction in the blood and others do not. The basic principle of the NOVO program is the removal of those nutrients that give said inflammatory response to the daily diet.

An analysis of Candida albicans is also standard to the NOVO program. This will be tested in exactly the same way as all other foods and will therefore generate an inflammatory reaction in the blood.
