Golfclub München Eichenried is a German golf club located northeast of Munich.
The golf club was founded in 1989 and had an 18 hole course from the start. The golf course was designed by German golf course architect Kurt Robknecht, who also took the expansion to 27 holes in 2002. There are now three loops of nine holes, the A, B and C tracks.

In 2009, Argentine Rafa Echenique made an albatross in the fourth round of this tournament at hole 18. With an iron-3 he hit 219 meters and hit this par-5 with his second stroke in the hole. It was its first albatross ever and it was the first albatross in the 21st century history of this Open. Echenique won the 'Shot of the Month Award' but not the tournament.
