Nebuchadnezzar IV, (5 December 521 BC), also known as Arakha (Armenian: "Crown Prince"), was the last king of Babylon (Mesopotamia).

After the death of Cambyses II of Persia in 522 BC, during the troubled period in which Smerdis became king, Arakha pretended to be the son of Nabonidus, the last king of Babylon. He gave himself the new name Nebukadnezar IV.
