Annual monetary rate

The annual monetary rate, or TAM, is a benchmark index of the French money market, and defined as the average capitalized rate of the last twelve T4M.

It is calculated by equivalence to a rate of return corresponding to a monthly investment T4M), renewed at the end of each month during the last twelve months, with compound interest.

It is published, with four decimal places, by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations on the first business day of each month following the period.
