Cracking (software)


Cracking is the modification of the software with the intention of eliminating the methods of protection that it has: protection of copies, test versions, serial numbers, hardware keys, verification of dates, verification of CDs or advertising and adware.

The distribution and use of modified copies is illegal in almost all developed countries.
