In Spain his second album Local 23 was awarded by the top 40, and by the cultural association "Amics of the Royal Academy of Valencian Culture", for his contribution to the Valencian culture by the Asian countries. The name of the group comes from the combination of the names of the first members of the group: P (Pablo) is (Luis) ton (Tono). Although they were the first, the group became known along with Carles and Borja. Pablo did not record any records. Borja played the guitar and sang, Luis played the bass and sang, Carles played the solo guitar and choirs and Tono played drums and choirs. Luis and Tono are brothers of Chinese descent, so they will try their luck in Taiwan. Luis Tseng continues his solo record career, having already recorded an album that was well received by the group's fans and already prepares a second loaded with fresh songs with a very particular touch of the musician who has personally recorded all the instruments and voices.
