Superman / Batman is a comic book published from 2003 to 2011 (87 monthly issues plus 5 yearly) by DC Comics. As its name suggests, it brings together Batman and Superman, the two most popular superheroes of this publishing house, as did World's Finest Comics from 1941 to 1986. Jeph Loeb, screenwriter of the first 25 issues, introduced an alternating narrative system to better explore the camaraderie, friendship, but also the rivalries and tensions between the two heroes.
