Oepa


The Oepa (Russian: Упа) is a river in Toela's oblast in Russia. Its length is 345 kilometers, the catchment area is 3510 square kilometers. Along the river are two cities: Soviet and Toela.

The Oepa is mainly fed by melt water. Late November, early December, freeze the Oepa. Every year, the Oepa is ice-free at the end of March, and from that moment until the beginning of May, the Oepa therefore has an above average water level. The average flow rate (from 79 kilometers to the outlet) is more than 40 m³ / s.
