The EIVP is the only "Grande École d'Ingenieurs" French specialized in Urban Engineering. Dependent on the City of Paris, this school of higher education is a member of PRES Paris-Est, together with the École nationale des ponts et chaussées. The new campus will open during the autumn of 2012, at 60 Rue Rebeval, Paris. Established in 1959 to train junior civil servants in Paris, EIVP also today trains young professionals for the private sector.
