Yellow ligaments are ligaments on the anterior side of the spinal veins. There are 2 of them.

The vertebral blades are joined to each other by the yellow ligaments (interlaminar ligaments). Powerful, elastic, which close back the spinal canal. Laterally they extend forward and merge with zygapophyseal joint capsules.

Synonyms: Ligaments yellow, yellow ligament
