Constant Permeke Avenue (in Dutch: Constant Permekelaan) is a Brussels avenue in the commune of Evere, from Fernand Léger Street to Evere Park. It is a parallel to the Avenue Léopold III.

The avenue bears the name of the Belgian painter and sculptor, Constant Permeke, born in Antwerp on July 31, 1886 and died in Ostend on January 4, 1952.
