Professor Chiflágoras is a fictional character of Mortadelo y Filemón who appears in the 1971 film El armario del tiempo. He is a short scientist and a cousin of Philemon. History
He appears at his cousin Philemon's house to show him his latest invention: The time cabinet, a device capable of sending people to any place and time in the past and also of the present. His appearance will bring the two detectives head-on, given the amount of problems his invention causes. Description
This character has a great capacity to speak, so several times Mortadelo has to ask him to shut up because he can not stand it, and this leads Chiflagoras to have rivalries and discussions with Mortadelo, for making fun of him and his closet of time.
As a curious note, in his appearance it was said that it was he who invented the baldness lotion that left Mortadelo without hair, which in the comic strips is attributed to Professor Bacterio.
Regarding his relationship with the characters, it seems a mixture between Bacterio, for his ability to invent and the Super, since he is the one who orders Mortadelo and Filemón to go to the places with the wardrobe.
