Marie-Alice Morisset is the French champion of knitting speed 2009 and 2008 (speed knitting).
After setting a new French record in the 2008 championship held at the Grande halle de la Villette in Paris, knitting 240 knits in 3 minutes, Marie-Alice Morisset put her title back into play the 2009 edition.
With more than 500 competitors, the 2009 edition of speed knitting was once again won by Marie-Alice Morisset, bringing the French record to 242 stitches, one stitch more than her runner-up this year. edit code
