Manuel Vitorino Pereira, born Manoel Victorino Pereira (Salvador, January 30, 1853 - Rio de Janeiro, November 9, 1902), Brazilian doctor and politician.

He was the second governor of the State of Bahia after the advent of the Republic. He assumed as vice president of Brazil in 1896, during the presidency of Prudente de Morais; when he temporarily became incapacitated in 1897, he assumed the Presidency of Brazil temporarily for almost 4 months. By his order the Palace of Catete was acquired for headquarters of the Presidency. In 1962, sixty years after his death, a municipality in the state of Bahia was baptized with his name: Manoel Vitorino.
