The oriental crown or ancient crown is a representative insignia or headdress consisting of a gold frame adorned with a variable number of points and right and sharp rays made with the same metal. Usually it usually has twelve or eight points, seven or five in the representations that are not in relief.

The oriental crown, which is also used as a heraldic element, is one of the simplest and its design is popularly associated with this type of symbols.
