Zenithgebouw

The Zenith Building (or Zenith Building) is a skyscraper in the North Space along the King Albert II Avenue in Schaerbeek and is part of the Brussels skyline.

This office tower has a height of 95 meters (which is 29th place in the List of Belgium's tallest buildings), 30,000 square meters of floor space and has 23 floors.

The tower was designed by the French architectural firm SCAU and the Belgian architect José Vandevoorde. Construction began in 2007 and completed in 2009. After two years of total vacancy, the first floors were rented in 2011.

The Zenith Building is for the time being the last high-rise tower built in this part of the North Space. Externe link 50° 51′ 50″ NB, 4° 21′ 33″ OL
