Learning Work

The learning process is a form of secondary education in the Netherlands and a full-fledged learning pathway within the basic vocational education (BB) of the Preparatory Higher Education (VMBO).

The learning process trajectory gives the student, who is unable to pass the regular program through his learning style, the ability to graduate through a more appropriate learning path. A learning pathway where the student is challenged and invited, by combining inner and outer schools with more practice and less theory, to pass the VMBO diploma. Participation in the course does not require the permission of the Teachers Officer, but the school has the duty to report participating students as such to the Teaching Officer.

At the end of his / her course, the student should only do part of the exam. (Min. Dutch and vocational field). The student will receive a full BB diploma, but may only flow through the same sector, level 2. Also there must be an appointment / contract between the delivery school (VMBO) and the receiving school Regional Training Center / Agraric Training Center (ROC / AOC). To receive the diploma, both subjects must be closed by at least 6.

The learning program provides the pupil with an educational-didactic climate, addressing his specific possibilities, capacities and interest. This customization reduces the likelihood of early school leaving and increases the chance of gaining a starting qualification.
