Fodil Boumala was born in the commune of chahna (aydalene) daira de taher wilaya of Jijel, he started his schooling in chahna then taher where he got his baccalaureate arabic letter in high school Nasri Ramdane, then his bachelor's degree in science at the University of Algiers and his magister in Algiers, he worked at ENTV as a journalist, television presenter in the late 90s and early 2000s where he presented the show eljaliss, he teaches at the University of Algiers Algiers and campaign for a strong and united Algeria.
