The Orlando Brothers Shipyard (Italian: Cantiere navale fratelli Orlando) is an Italian shipyard. Founded in 1866 in the city of Livorno, it was later merged with the company for the Construction of Odero-Terni-Orlando Ships, Machines and Artillery (later OTO Melara SpA) in 1929. After the Second World War The yard is bought by the company Ansaldo but it is transferred to the Builder Luigi Orlando SpA, which in turn is merged with the shipbuilding company Fincantieri on January 1, 1984. In economic difficulty, Fincantieri closes the yard and then sells it. 2003 to the manufacturer of luxury yachts Azimut-Benetti. Sourcemode the code
