Ramon Cabrera Argüelles (Batangas City, November 12, 1944) is a Filipino Roman Catholic clergyman. Argüelles has been the Archbishop of Archbishop Lipa since 16 July 2004.

Argüelles was ministered to the priest on November 26, 1969. At the age of 49 he is appointed auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of Manilla and the titular bishop of Ros Cré. A year later, Argüelles is appointed bishop of the military presidency of the Philippines. On May 24, 2004, Argüelles was appointed Lipa Archbishop.
