Sophie attends her high school reunion and reunites with her best childhood friends: Bec Gilbert, Frances James and Jenny Gross, the group is happy to be reunited but when they encounter Tiffany Turner, the group's enemy and this one begins to make fun of Sophie, reminding to him that in the secondary was a fat girl, causes that Sophie finished taking a little of cocaine to his house.

During the end of the series in 2016 it is revealed that Sophie does community work at a community center in Nairobi, where she will open the second medical center for women.
