This transport is only important beyond the borders of Europe. Loco transport is the transport of goods from one country to another. For customs of all countries that are located between destination and departure, Loco transport must be given.
This means that goods from a country are transported to another country. The carrier must be located in one of these two countries. It does not matter how many countries are transited.
This is also called bilateral transport.
