I see you on the flower meadow is the debut novel published by the Dutch writer Juliette Goudeket (1978) in November 2009. Nine Amsterdam friends are all concerned with universal and current life problems: rape, war, eating disorders, drug trafficking, addiction, prostitution, depression, illness and violence. Mostly, the narrator, is one of nine friends. Her does not matter.
The chapters are interspersed with flashbacks consisting of phone calls, dialogs and emails. Also with the so-called 'cat bells' (when the cat walks over the keyboard and also tells something), the story of the angel, and a farewell letter to Amsterdam.
