Order of 25 February 1948

The Order of 25 February 1948 (Řád 25. února 1948) was established in Czechoslovakia in 1949 to commemorate the communist coup of 25 February 1948. Following a prolonged infiltration of army, press and civil servants, the Communist Party under the leadership of Klement Gottwald had denounced the remaining 12 ministers as "reactionary" and thus forced to resign. Gottwald called on a "Socialist Republic of Czechoslovakia".

This Socialist Order has three degrees, but the term "knight" was avoided.

Decorations

This order was abolished after the removal of Czechoslovakia in 1990. You can still wear her.
