Joseph Noël Bas (December 24, 1877 - July 3, 1960) was a French gymnast who competed in artistic gymnastics.
At age 23, he was a representative of France at the Paris 1900 Olympic Games. On occasion, he competed in the test of individual combined exercises, such as fixed bar rotations, parallel bars, rings, horse with bows, gymnastics Individual, Gymnastics, combined jump, jumping, pole vaulting, climbing and weightlifting, for a total of 295 points. To the final of the disputes, it left vice-champion, after overcoming to compatriot Lucien Demanet and to be behind of Gustave Sandras.
