Organizational structure
The Foundation of INGKA Foundation is a Dutch foundation founded by IKEA founder Ingvar Kamprad in 1982. Kamprad is still the chairman of the foundation. The foundation is the owner of INGKA Holding in Leiden, which is the holding company of IKEA Group, which owns and operates most of IKEA's branches in the world.
