The International Spanish Academies (ISAs) are educational centers at any of the pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school levels of academic prestige that follow, or a part of its students, a program of integrated curriculum of language and contents in which the Spanish language is used as a vehicular language. These centers sign a collaboration agreement with the Spanish Ministry of Education. The program is part of the cooperation activities between the Ministry of Education in the United States and Canada of the ministry and the North American educational authorities.
