Prince Patrick Island (English: Prince Patrick Island, French: Île du Prince-Patrick) in the Northern Isles is the most western of the Queen Elizabeth Islands in the Canadian Arctic Archipelago. Administratively, it belongs to the territory of the Northwest Territories.
The island is uninhabited and has an area of 15,848 km². This is the size of the 55th island in the world and the 14th island of Canada. The highest point measures 247 m.
